Combat Kick has been specifically designed as non-combat martial arts based fitness program to give a total body work-out at the same time learning self-defence.

Learn your skills on different padded targets while building up your stamina with technical sparring (no contact).

Combat kick will help you to learn how to kick and punch correctly by developing timing and techniques to music that will help towards motivating yourself.

It’s ideal for men and women that don’t have any interest in grading or learning set patterns and moves, in a traditional style based martial art but would fancy the fitness side of a professional martial artist.

Colin Graves has honed his martial art experience for over 25 years. He has competed Internationally and Nationally with the Olympic style of Taekwondo (WTF)

Through years of hard training he wanted to design his own fitness program to help and develop the fitness side of martial arts on the fighting circuit.
